Meet the Consortium

InDiCo-Global marks a significant collaboration, bringing together all three official European Standardisation Organisations (ESOs) – ETSI, CEN and CENELEC, each with its pool of thousands of standards experts in Europe and beyond. Alongside partners Martel Innovate, Trust-IT and COMMpla, this consortium leverages the collective strength of the individual organisations to drive European influence and competitiveness on the global standardisation stage.

ETSI

ETSI is a leading international ICT standards organisation. We offer our members an open, inclusive environment to support the development and testing of globally applicable standards for ICT systems and services across all sectors of industry and society. It is an independent, non-profit organisation with a 30+ years track record of technical excellence in the ICT sector, and with a widely respected non-discriminatory IPR policy.

The European Committee for Standardization (CEN) is a business catalyst in Europe, removing trade barriers for European stakeholders such as industry, service providers, consumers and other stakeholders. Its mission is to foster the European economy in global trading, the welfare of European citizens, and the environment. Through its services CEN provides a platform for the development of European Standards and other specifications.

CENELEC

The European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization is officially responsible for standardization in the electrotechnical field. In an ever more global economy, CENELEC fosters innovation and competitiveness, making technology available not only to major businesses but also to SMEs through the production of voluntary standards. CENELEC creates market access at the European level but also at the international level through its cooperation agreement with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

Martel Innovate

Martel is a dynamic and innovative SME with more than 25 years of experience in EC-funded projects, involved in around 40 H2020 projects and 6 recently funded Horizon Europe ones, including several RIAs, IAs and CSAs in the 5G, Satellite, Next Generation Internet, Cloud and IoT domains.

Trust-IT is an Italian SME founded in 2002 with headquarters in Pisa. The company counts more than 40 specialists in pan-European collaborations & EC’s Research Agenda initiatives. Trust-IT’s goal is to foster innovative solutions across Europe and globally. 

COMMpla

COMMpla is controlled by and co-located with Trust-IT Srl.. COMMpla & Trust-IT share the same management and there is internal, mutual secondment agreement with Trust-IT which seamlessly allows them to collaborate with specialised personnel in projects. COMMpla’s team consists of skilled professionals performs design, development and maintenance of web-based solutions, utilising a wide range of technologies and with a workflow embedded in Agile methodologies, Althassian tools and a Scrum framework
